Jake is consistently on time and John is happy ... “I'm Sarah, and I was in the 10th grade last year when I experienced Aristotle Circle Peers Skype Tutoring. I was taking a challenging AP course in computer scienceand for help in understanding the material for my exam I used AC Peers. My tutoring experience was really great especially since it was all on Skype.This way I was able to have classes from anywhere. During my one month of tutoring I even went on vacation overseas and I was still able to have sessions! Further, I found it much easier to learn things from the comfort of my own home, and it saves on gas!!! In the end, Aristotle Circle Peers paid off as I got a 5 (perfect) on my AP computer science exam! “Brian is the most successful NSL tutor I've had so far. I am especially pleased with how he helped me prepare for the writing portion of the test. He gave me extremely helpful pointers to write a top-scoring BCR (Brief Constructed Response). He explained each and every aspect of A-grade writing. For example, he got me to significantly improve my organization. In past BCR's, I threw out ideas left and right without thinking about how to structure my writing. He taught me to start with a broad topic sentence, narrow it down into specific examples and details, and finally sum it up with a strong conclusion sentence. He also showed me how to clearly state my opinion on "Do you think...?" questions and provide powerful support with specific events in history and their consequences, and then to tie everything back to the question. “Alison was jubilant when she got home from school today regarding her Math test!! She said it was easy and that Jessica had given her confidence and that she wanted her to help her with all her subjects. This is a 180 degree turn from when she came home last Monday from her science test (same type of test as the one today for math). She said she failed it and was in tears and has been all week, along with being down, nervous and obsessing negatively, even had sleep problems, not herself at all.
